Authorities are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a fugitive who is believed to be in the Fayetteville area.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said Delton Monroe, 33, of Raeford, has been indicted on federal firearms and narcotics trafficking charges, but has eluded authorities since March 7.

The ATF on Friday announced a $5,000 reward for information leading to Monroe’s arrest.

Authorities said Monroe is being investigated by the ATF and Fayetteville police and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anybody with information is asked to call ATF at 888-283-8477, Fayetteville Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477 or the Raeford Police Department at 910-875-4251.
