An 82.5! That's the score on a recent restaurant inspection. An 82.5 is a low B. A few weeks ago, we reported on a restaurant that scored a 78.5! How does a restaurant score that low, and still operate?
That's a question many of you have asked! You want to know what really goes into those scores we all see posted on restaurant walls, and that we report on every Friday. So we're giving you an "insiders" look to find out! Thursday at 6 p.m. on TV, we take you behind the scenes of a typical inspection.

See you Thursday!
