Rescue crews pull driver, car from creek in Angier
Crews worked to pull a red sedan from a creek in Angier on Monday.
Posted — UpdatedANGIER, N.C. — Crews worked to pull a driver and her red sedan from a creek in Angier on Monday.
Crews responded to 189 McIver St. in Harnett County before 9:30 a.m. Sky 5 video showed a truck removing the car from the waist-deep creek. Police said the driver, a woman, was also pulled from the creek and transported to a local hospital.
An update on her condition was not provided.
