A shelter dog is now a star thanks to a new live action Lady and the Tramp movie coming to Disney's new streaming service, Disney Plus.

When Disney Plus launches in November, a live action remake of the 1955 classic will star real dogs -- not computer-generated images, People Magazine reported.

According to Phoenix-based Halo Animal Rescue, one of their dogs, Monte, will star as "Tramp" in the film, which will only be available for viewing on Disney Plus.

"Monte was adopted last year from Halo," the post read. "His adopters say he's been such a good boy and loving life. We are all so happy for him."

According to People, the new Lady and the Tramp will be available on Nov. 12, when the streaming service launches.

The service will start at $6.99 a month, or $69.99 per year.
