Report: Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) just released their 2018 report of restaurant ratings, and Chick-fil-A topped the list.

In the "limited service," or fast food category, Chick-fil-A had the largest number of satisfied customers followed by Panera Bread, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Arby's and Chipotle.

In the "full service" category, Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster topped the list.

According to the survey, Americans spend more than half their food budget on dining out, and annual restaurant sales are projected at $799 billion.
