Rescheduled: Acclaimed picture book author plans storytime at Kidzu
Linda Ashman will read her new book "William's Winter Nap."
Posted — UpdatedUPDATE: A snowpocalypse did indeed happen, and the storytime with Linda Ashman, originally planned for this week, has been rescheduled. It will now be 11 a.m., Jan. 26.
Acclaimed picture book author Linda Ashman, who lives right here in the Triangle in Chapel Hill, will read from her sweet winter-themed picture book "William's Winter Nap" during a special event at Kidzu Children's Museum next week.
The event now is from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Jan. 26, at the Chapel Hill museum. The program also includes a corresponding craft and activity. It's free with admission, which is $8.50 per person for everybody over the age of 12 months.
I featured Ashman and her latest book last month with a Q&A.
Kidzu is at University Place, 201 S. Estes Dr., Chapel Hill.
