Susan Orenstein, a licensed doctoral level psychologist with Orenstein Solutions, is back with more relationship tips. Today, her focus is on the art of appreciation - how to express warmth and appreciation to your partner on a regular basis.

She'll tell you how to do it and why it's important to model this for your kids.

Watch the video for more. Go to Orenstein Solutions' website for more about the group, which has offices in Cary and Chapel Hill, and what it offers, including counseling for couples, kids, individuals and families and workshops.

The group will hold a free open house 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 24 with psychologist Lisa Sacco, who will help parents of teens understand normal development and how to stay sane and calm. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Call 428-2766, ext.5 to leave your name, email or phone to be registered.

And check back here next Wednesday for one more tip from Orenstein.
