Recipes: Frosty winter cocktails from Il Palio
Il Palio just launched a new winter cocktail menu. These are three of their favorite concoctions!

Prosecco Float
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a gold sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a rosemary and raspberry or strawberry skewer.
Ingredients:
Dash cinnamon
Directions: Rim a large rocks glass with a cinnamon sugar and salt mix and fill with ice. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain.
Ingredients:
Top with ginger beer
Directions: Add all ingredients except the ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice and shake. Fill a copper mug with fresh ice and strain cocktail into the mug. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
