Recipe: Whip up some Agua Fresca for a refreshing summer drink

Agua Fresca
4 cups water
2 cups fresh fruit of your choice. Peel and cut into chunks as needed. Melon or strawberries are perfect.
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp lime juice
Dash of salt
Chop up your fruit. Add the fruit, water, salt and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Stir in the lime juice. Serve over ice.
