Recipe: STIR's Dole Whip Cocktail
We love Dole Whips at Disney World and at the N.C. State Fair, but you can also enjoy a boozy version of the popular drink at STIR in North Hills.
Posted — UpdatedSTIR featured its Dole Whip Cocktail last year to coincide with the state fair, which had been canceled due to COVID-19. It was so popular they decided to bring it back this year from Oct. 14-24.
If you want to try to make the drink at home, we have the recipe below:
A creamy & refreshing cocktail made with Plantation Pineapple Rum, Velvet Falernum, pineapple juice, and Coco Lopez. Served with STIR’s artisanal shaved ice.
- 1 1/2oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1/2oz Velvet Falernum
- 2oz Pineapple Juice
- 1oz Coco Lopez
Pour all ingredients into shaker tin. Shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass over shaved ice. Garnish with a pineapple Wedge, and shaved nutmeg.
