Recipe; Sheet pan salmon with yogurt sauce
A delicious meal for the whole family in 30 minutes or less!
Posted — UpdatedWhat is one to do one a hot day? Salmon! This is one of my favorite easy meals when the temps are high. It’s a light protein that’s easy to make, can be served hot or cold, and is loaded with vitamins and omega-3s. This particular recipe out of the FIT4MOM’s Body Well Nutrition Guide & Recipe Book has quickly become a family favorite for adults and kids alike.

One of the beautiful things about salmon is how easy it can be to pair. Summer vegetables, all produce really, are my favorite. Consider a side of zucchini and squash, sweet corn, pan-roasted cherry tomatoes, a fresh green salad, or roasted potatoes. A delicious meal for the whole family in 30 minutes or less!
