Independence Day is right around the corner, and it’s time to flex our patriotic food prep muscles! These homemade 4th of July popsicles are a healthy and delicious homemade treat and the kids find them as fun to make as they are to eat!

Patriotic Popsicles

Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Blueberries
Strawberries, chopped

Honey, to taste (omit for children under 1 year)

Mix your ingredients in a bowl or blend in the blender. Add honey to sweeten, as needed. Pour into reusable popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours. When it’s time to eat them, run the mold under some warm water and the popsicle will slide right out. Bonus... they make messy but healthy soothing treats for teething babies!

Pro tips: use paper cups and popsicle sticks if you don't have popsicle molds.
