With tailgate season officially kicking off this weekend, the north Raleigh moms behind Boot Camp Moms share this very easy, low calorie way to enjoy a football game favorite.

Kyle Furlow and Jennifer Pinder. who run some great workout classes, tell me this recipe is a favorite for both of their families.

Light Buffalo Chicken Dip
4 chicken breasts
16 ounces fat free cream cheese
1 cup fat free ranch dressing
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Cook the chicken and chop it up. Add all ingredients and mix it in a bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with celery or tortilla chips. A 1/4 cup serving totals just 105 calories.
