Chef Hannah from Flour Power Kids Cooking Studio shares this recipe for lemon basil pasta salad. It's a perfect dish to serve up for a Mother's Day lunch.

Lemon Basil Pasta Salad
1/2 cup good olive oil
Handful of fresh basil leaves (use as many or as few as you like, depending on your taste)
2 pinches of salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
10 cherry tomatoes
1 box bowtie pasta

Juice of 1 lemon (more or less, depending on your taste preference)

Cook pasta according to package directions and rinse with cold water until the pasta is no longer hot. Chop fresh basil. Mix all ingredients together. Use more or less of each ingredient, depending on your taste preference! Chill, if possible, before serving.
