Foil Pack Chicken and Mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ¼ cups water
1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 pound chicken tenders
6 slices Deli Smoked Ham
1 ½ cups mushrooms sliced

1 ½ cups frozen peas

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix soup and ¼ cup water.

Combine stuffing mix & remaining water.

Spoon stuffing mix onto centers of 6 large foil sheets sprayed with cooking spray

Top with chicken, ham, veggies and soup.

Fold foil to make 6 packs.

Place in single later on rimmed baking sheet.

Bake at 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done

Cut slits in foil to release stem before carefully opening the pack.
