Here's the recipe. Watch the video to see how it's done.

Bacon Spinach Quiche
1 ½ cups half and half (can use milk)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups fresh baby spinach, packed
6 strips cooked crispy bacon
1 ½ cups cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 9 inch refrigerated pie crust, to fit a 9 inch pie plate

6 eggs beaten

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine eggs, half and half (or milk), salt and pepper. Layer the spinach, bacon, and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture us set. Substitute your favorite various ingredients for bacon and spinach if desired. Let sit 45 minutes before cutting.  Enjoy!
