Eliverio Angeles Valentine, 20, was charged with first degree forcible rape  and contributing to a delinquency of a minor.

Eval Noe  Valladaros, 29, was charged with  two counts of contributing to delinquency of a minor.

The assault happened early Sunday at a house in the 900 block of Rome Avenue, police say.<br />
