Raleigh woman, 41, subject of Silver Alert

Raleigh police were searching early Saturday for a missing 41-year-old woman who is believed to be cognitively impaired.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police were searching early Saturday for a missing 41-year-old woman who is believed to be cognitively impaired. 

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued A Silver Alert for Kristin Anne Casey about 5 p.m. Friday after she went missing from a home in the 1500 block of Nealstone Way. 

Casey is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has medium-length brown hair and blue eyes. When she went missing, Casey was wearing a black coat and gray sweatpants. 

Police said Casey could be traveling in a gold 2003 Hyundai Elantra with North Carolina tag AFL-1077, but it wasn't clear where she was headed.
