Raleigh police seek small sedan, driver involved in hit-and-run
A pedestrian was critically injured Tuesday night in a hit-and-run.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police were working Wednesday to identify the car and driver involved in an overnight hit-and-run.
Police said Wesley Shuler, was crossing Trawick Road near Lake Woodard Drive in east Raleigh around 11 p.m. Tuesday when he was hit.
He was taken to WakeMed. His injuries were life-threatening, police said.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the vehicel that hit Shuler was a small sedan. Police asked that anyone with additional information call Officer D.P. Egan of the crash reconstruction unit at 919-996-3729.
