Raleigh Police: Man Cuts Co-Worker's Neck With Knife

Raleigh, N.C. — Police said a man's neck was cut by a co-worker Wednesday in Raleigh.
At 7:19 a.m., two men got into an argument at 3216 Welllington Court.
Police said the dispute turned violent when Billy Owen Warren cut Steven Denbleyker's neck with a knife.
Denbleyker, 42, was transported to WakeMed. His condition has not been released.
Warren, 36, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
