Raleigh police launch death investigation after body found

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police launched a death investigation regarding the discovery of a body in the 5100 block of Windmere Chase Drive Saturday.

Officers responded to a call regarding the body around 2:30 p.m.

The death investigation is underway.
