<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Raleigh police got a break in a 5 year old murder case. <br />

Jose Hernandez was charged with killing Nguyen Truong during a robbery at a southeast Raleigh Laundromat back in 2002. Truong was stabbed more than 50 times, according to police.<br />

Hernandez is the second person charged with the crime. Another man, Armando Ortez, was tried and is serving a life sentence.

According to the Zebulon Police Department, the driver then crashed around exit 264A just west of the stadium after the shooting.
