Raleigh police: 1 man linked to 3 robberies in last 2 days

Raleigh police on Saturday distributed a surveillance image of a man they believe is behind three robberies in two days.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police on Saturday distributed a surveillance image of a man they believe is behind three robberies in two days.

The incidents took place:

Thursday at 9:48 p.m. at a Subway at 3225 Avent Ferry Road;

Friday at 11:31 a.m. at a BP at 4330 Louisburg Road; and

Friday at 3:48 p.m. at a Subway at 4003 Wake Forest Road.

The image shows a black man in dark clothes with a hood. Police said he is approximately 6 feet tall.

They have asked that anyone who recognizes the man or who has other information that might assist with the investigation call Raleigh Crime Stoppers at 919-834-HELP (4357). Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that help solves cases.
