Raleigh man dies after being struck by vehicle
Authorities said a Raleigh man who was struck by a vehicle around 11:15 p.m. Saturday on Rock Quarry Road has died.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities said a Raleigh man who was struck by a vehicle around 11:15 p.m. Saturday on Rock Quarry Road has died.
Jonathan David Menard, 33, of 3909 E. Valley Court, failed to yield while crossing the street and was struck by a passenger vehicle driven by Karen Frances Estermyer, 51, of 306 Hunters Xing in Cary, according to police.
Officials said Menard died from his injuries Monday at Wake Medical Center.
Charges are not currently pending against Estermyer, authorities said. No further information has been released.
