Raleigh man charged with taking indecent liberties with a child
Darrice Kaseen Payton, 20, 3212 Burtnwood Drive, is accused of taking indecent liberties with a 15-year-old girl, according to an arrest warrant. He also faces charges of statutory rape with a person more than four, but less than six, years younger than him.

Darrice Kaseen Payton, 20, of 3212 Burntwood Drive, is accused of taking indecent liberties with a 15-year-old girl, according to an arrest warrant.
He also faces charges of statutory rape with a person more than four, but less than six, years younger than him. The incidents allegedly occurred between May 1 and May 28, 2009.
Payton was being held under a $200,000 bond at the Wake County jail. His first court appearance was scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday.
