A Raleigh man was arrested Saturday and charged with indecent liberties and statutory sex offense with a child, according to a Raleigh Police Department report.

Police said Khiry Rashaad Berry, 29, of Haverty Drive, engaged in a sex act with and committed a lewd and lascivious act on an 11-year-old Thursday and Friday.

He was held on $500,000. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
