A Raleigh man was arrested this week in connection with a 46-year-old sexual assault case.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh man was arrested this week in connection with a 46-year-old sexual assault case.

William Toney-Linell Harris, 65, of 603 Royal St., is charged with second-degree rape and was being held in the Wake County jail under a $75,000 bond.

Harris is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in January 1973, according to an arrest warrant. No other details were available.

He was ordered not to have any direct or indirect contact with the woman if he is released on bond.
