Raleigh man arrested, charged in June shooting death

Raleigh police have arrested and charged a man in the shooting death of another man on June 27.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have arrested and charged a man in the shooting death of another man on June 27.

Police said Sedrick Maxwell Baker, 38, has been charged with first degree murder in connection to the homicide of Terrence Jermaine Broils. Officials said he was shot multiple times in an incident in the 1500 block of Poole Road. Broils was taken to the hospital, where he died.
