RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police investigating a shooting at early Sunday arrested a man who would not cooperate with them.

Police tried to question John Curtis Hinton, 40, but he gave them a fake name and then ran, the warrant for his arrest says. Officers caught him and charged him with resisting an officer. He was being held on $500 bond.

Police did not release further information about the shooting.
