A man accidentally drowned in a hot tub at the Ashborough apartment complex in Raleigh on Monday, police said. 

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A man accidentally drowned in a hot tub at the Ashborough apartment complex in Raleigh on Monday, police said.

Authorities were dispatched around 2:45 p.m. to the pool area of the complex on the 5400 block of Vista View Court, police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan said.

The victim was identified as 29-year-old Phillip John Pratt.
