Raleigh insurance agent faces fraud charge
Authorities said Craig Jenkins submitted 132 bogus business insurance applications to AFLAC to receive $22,130 in commissions.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — State Department of Insurance investigators arrested a Raleigh insurance agent Wednesday on a fraud charge.
Craig Genard Jenkins, 41, of 4702 Summit Overlook Drive, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. He was released on a $20,000 secured bond.
Authorities said Jenkins submitted 132 bogus business insurance applications to AFLAC to receive $22,130 in commissions.
