Raleigh home catches fire twice in 24 hours

A two-story home in Raleigh caught fire Sunday and Monday mornings.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A two-story home in Raleigh caught fire Sunday and Monday mornings.

On Sunday before 2:15 a.m., emergency responders and firefighters responded to the home at 2536 Springfield Park Drive, which is off Falls of Neuse Road.

On Monday before 6 a.m., the same home caught fire.

The fire was quickly brought under control, but the roof was completely destroyed. The homes on either side suffered minor damage.

No one was believed to be at home during the fire. There are no known injuries at this time.
