Mm. The Rally Executive Jetport is a fantastic airport to work out of their super excited about growing business in the triangle area. We love as a company, bringing people into the industry and creating an opportunity for a company to realize that they can have an airplane or they can use an airplane. It gives you the freedom to choose where you go and when you go, you can't put a price on that. When it comes to try to build a business way. Like to say, this airport provides access to the world. We're in a great, great location. Were great area. When you think about the triangle area, I think it is about accessibility. It's easy to get in and out of here. Come here to this airport. Get on airplane and fly out wherever you need to go. When you arrive at the airport, you can park in the parking lot. There's always space available with free parking on. You could be in the air in about 30 minutes. It's going to be less costly to house an airplane to fuel an airplane, really, to get anything done with an airplane at a general aviation airport versus a commercial airport. The fuel for our airplanes costs considerably less here than at larger commercial airports and were ableto pass that on to our customers at this airport with 700 acres, there's still a lot of undeveloped land. We've opened up a whole new area for corporate aviation so we can build large hangars to accommodate large airplanes. All in all, it's been at great relationship. We're super happy here. We're excited about what Raleigh exact has to offer in the future and the growth that they're doing and bringing in more and more businesses. And they're gonna do big things, I think, in the next few years, and we're excited to be a part of that. We've got great leadership here, there never looking back and their looking forward. So we've got the land. We've got the leadership. We've got the support of the line of folks out there to help us do what we need to do here. So we will continue to grow, you know, Uh,
