RALEIGH, N.C. — Some great outdoor options for this weekend, plus cowboys are headed to town!

Festivals and Food

45th Annual Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival (Academy Street, Cary) - This two-day arts and crafts festival will be held on Academy Street in downtown Cary on Saturday and Sunday. There will be more than 300 artists, live music, children's activities, and food and drink vendors. Masks are required for those ages 5 years and older when indoors.
Raleigh's International Food Festival (Raleigh City Plaza, 400 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh) - Enjoy international food, desserts, beer and wine during this event on Saturday in downtown Raleigh's City Plaza. There will also be international bands and dance groups. Admission is free.
Frosty Treats Ride (CCB Plaza , 201 N Corcoran St, Durham) - Enjoy some sweet treats and exercise Sunday in Durham. This easy 5-mile ride stops at three of Durham's best spots for frosty delights - Locopops, Sugar Koi and The Parlor. Masks are required indoors.
The Streetery @ Golden Belt (Golden Belt, 807 East Main Street, Durham) - The Streetery will be held at Golden Belt in Durham on Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m. Durham this event, streets are closed off so more outdoor dining can be created. There will also be live music.
Raleigh Brewing's Annual Oktoberfest Celebration (Raleigh Brewing Company, 3709 Neil Street, Raleigh) - Enjoy beer, live music and food trucks at Raleigh Brewing on Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. during this Oktoberfest event.

Music, Comedy and Cowboys

Brad Paisley Tour 2021 (Coastal Credit Union Music Park (formerly Walnut Creek Amphitheatre), 3801 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh) - See this country star at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh on Friday.
KISS: End of the Road Tour (Coastal Credit Union Music Park (formerly Walnut Creek Amphitheatre), 3801 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh) - See this iconic band say farewell at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh on Saturday. UPDATE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19.
CINCH World's Toughest Rodeo (PNC Arena, 1400 Edwards Mill Rd., Raleigh) - The World's Toughest Rodeo returns to Raleigh on Saturday with bull riding and barrel racing. Whiplash the Monkey Cowboy will be there too riding on his Border Collie, Boogie. Masks are required for guests over the age of 2.

Donnell Rawlings (Goodnight's Comedy Club/The Grille at Goodnight's, 861 W. Morgan St., Raleigh) - You might remember Donnell Rawlings from "Chappelle's Show." You can see him Friday through Sunday at Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh.
Brothers Osborne (Red Hat Amphitheater, 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh) - See the band at Red Hat Amphitheater Raleigh on Friday.
Eddie Griffin Headlines the Improv (Raleigh Improv, 1224 Parkside Main Street, Cary) - Actor and comedian Eddie Griffin will be taking the stage at Raleigh Improv Friday and Saturday.

The Best of North Hills: Fall Concert Series (Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park @ North Hills, 4011 Cardinal at North Hills St., Raleigh) - Enjoy some of the best area tribute bands during this outdoor concert at North Hills' Midtown Park Friday night form 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is $10 and children ages 13 years and younger are admitted for free.

Movies and Theatre

Movies on the Monster at DBAP (Durham Bulls Athletic Park, 409 Blackwell St, Durham) - Enjoy a screening of the baseball classic "Bull Durham" on Friday night at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the movie starts at 7 p.m. Price of entry is a $5 donation to the Durham Branch of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina per ticket. Concessions will be available both evenings for purchase.
Fun Home (Theatre Raleigh Arts Center, 6638 Old Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh) - When her father dies unexpectedly, graphic novelist Alison dives deep into her past to tell the story of the volatile, brilliant, one-of-a-kind man whose temperament and secrets defined her family and her life. See the Theatre Raleigh production of this 2015 Tony Award winner for best musical. The show runs through Sept. 5.
Summer Films: West Side Story (Joseph M. Bryan Jr. Theater in the Museum Park (N.C. Museum of Art), 2110 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh) - See this classic film under the stars Saturday night at the Joseph M. Bryan, Jr., Theater in Museum Park. Museum members and children ages 6 years and younger are admitted for free. Non-member tickets are $7. Gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the movie will start around 8:30 p.m.
