Raleigh community center offers free LEGO Open Build sessions

RALEIGH, N.C. — Here's a fun way to pass an hour or so for free.

Jaycee Community Center in Raleigh now hosts free LEGO Open Builds where kids drop in and build their own creations.

According to Raleigh's website, Mega Blocks and LEGO bricks will be provided for kids to build whatever they'd like. It's designed for ages 3 and up.

Open builds take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. The programs are on Jaycees' schedule through at least May 30.

You can drop in or sign up in advance if you like. Raleigh's website has more information.

Jaycee Community Center is at 2405 Wade Ave., Raleigh.
