Raleigh boy surprised with 'Black Panther' prosthetic
A rising fifth-grader is feeling like a superhero after a Raleigh tattoo shop surprised him with a custom prosthetic leg.

Mack had his lower right leg amputated as a child after doctors found out that his tibia would not grow.
When the time came for Mack to get a new prosthetic, his mother, Sandra McNeill, took it to Tattoo Supreme in Raleigh for a custom design.
"I want to thank my mom for encouraging me to get the Black Panther design on my leg," Michael said.
The artist, Milton Purnell, said Michael inspired him.
"I told (McNeill), ‘Let me hook it up. Let me put something together for him.’ So I kind of fed off the energy of Mikey, and I was watching him as I was talking to his mother, and I just grabbed lot of energy from him," Purnell said.
"He's a great superhero, so obviously having him on my leg is definitely something new to experience. It's awesome," Michael said.
