Raeford group home worker sought on sex charges

Raeford, N.C. — Police were searching Tuesday for an employees of a Hoke County group home wanted on charges that he had sex with a resident of the home.
Raeford police have issued arrest warrants for Tracy Tramaine Jones, 21, of Hamlet, charging him with a sex act by a custodian and misdemeanor sexual battery.
A resident of Monarch Group Home in Raeford, in the 100 block of Oak Street, told a staffer during a recent counseling session about a sexual encounter with Jones last November, police said.
The resident is a mentally disabled man in his 40s, police said.
