Prince William and Prince Harry dedicated a statue of their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, on what would have been her 60th birthday.

big day here at kensington Palace. Now the actual statue is just behind that hedge in the sunken garden. We saw Prince William and Prince Harry as that big green cloth actually came off of that statue. The two princes actually put out a joint statement. They said every day, they wish she was still here. They continue to say, our hope is that the statue will be seen forever as a symbol of her life And her legacy. Now the whole garden actually got a complete redesign. So five gardeners put in about 1000 hours of gardening, 4000 different flowers, including a lot of Diana's favorites, including forget me nots and I spoke with royal historian Andrew roberts about what today and what the legacy actually means. I think what the world will remember was a beautiful woman and somebody who of course has given the world too fine upstanding young princes who hopefully together but if not separately, will try in their own way to make the world a better place And as he said, hopefully together, and if today is anything to judge by, we certainly saw a united public front mali Hunter, NBC News London.

really daunting, especially at the beginning, you know, with the the warnings out there for those with asthma and underlying health conditions and things like that, with the uncertainty of not knowing what it was about the pandemic that was going to be a sort of a threat or a complication. Was that really worrying for you? I mean, did you reach out to your GP? I did. Yeah. I mean, I think my GP hates me now. So how do you feel feeling about the vaccinations and things? You're almost your imminent, aren't you? In terms of on the list, I can't wait. Yes, I'm charity group six. Um so any day now I'm I'm really hoping to get called up. I have always been somebody who truly believes in vaccines. I truly believe in science and medicine. And, you know, I think that is the best way to kind of, you know, look ahead to have a much brighter future and and go back to normality. So, yeah, a massive believe in vaccines. And I really hope as many people as possible when they get called up for it that they take it. And can I ask what it is you're nervous about in having a vaccination. So initially I read a lot about everything. I think when you have a health condition, you do. You just read whatever you can find. And then I've read a few things. I mean, think I'm not sure it sounds like there's something around it which might not be safe or the ingredients. And I read a lot of social media posts again where I felt a little bit nervous. And then I actually spoke to some experts and medics and others and the diabetes UK Bell came through and they clarified on some of those myths. And, um that I hope, Yeah, I think it's important that we now you know, move forward. And, um, I'm hopeful that more and more people do realize how important it is that they get their vaccination, and how long can we are that we were even able to access it? And just like this condition, like this viral Chris Catherine are not medical experts by any means. But if it's any consolation, we can wholeheartedly support, you know, having vaccinations, that it's really, really important. We've spoken to a lot of people about it. And, um, you know, the uptake been amazing so far, we've got to keep it going so that the younger generations also feel, um you know that it's really important for them to have it. So it's great that you're, you know, you're you know, you're taking the time to kind of work it out and come to a conclusion that, you know, I need to do this because social media is awash, sometimes with lots of rumors and misinformation. So we have to be a little bit careful who we who we believe in, where we got our information from, but especially for those who are clinically vulnerable as well. It's so important that that those vaccinations have done so.
