A 19-year-old woman, who is pregnant, hit a drainage pipe near a driveway and overturned her car in Johnston County at around 6 a.m. Saturday morning. 



<b>JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A 19-year-old pregnant woman hit a drainage pipe near a driveway and flipped her car in Johnston County at around 6 a.m. Saturday.

She is suffering possibly serious injuries, according to officials.

Her car overturned at least twice and landed upright on Buffalo Road near the town of Wilsons Mills.

Officials said they believe she fell asleep at the wheel and drove off the road.

State Highway Patrol said charges are pending in the accident.
