Almost 4,000 customers without power in Durham
DURHAM, N.C. — Almost 4,000 customers are without power in Durham Thursday morning near Page Road.

According to Duke Energy, 3,926 customers are affected in the area near Brier Creek and T.W. Alexander Drive. Power was restored by 10 a.m.

The outage was caused by a downed tree that damaged equipment. More than 100 customers in Wake County were also affected.
