Whether it's at home or the day after at work, many people will probably have a bowl full of Halloween candy.

The tempting bowl can be especially difficult for people trying to watch calories. So, here's how much of some popular candies people can eat to stay at the 100-calorie mark:

– 23 M&Ms

– 4.5 Hershey’s Kisses (each Kiss is 25 calories each)

– 1.5 snack-sized Kit Kat packages

– 2 Halloween-sized Twix

– 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (One cup is 110 calories, so just enjoy the extra 10)

– 25 Skittles

– 5 Original Starburst

– 13.6 pieces of Brach's Candy Corn

For people who would rather pass out a healthier options of something kids will actually want, Consumer Reports suggests animal crackers, small boxes of low sugar cereal or pretzels, or skip edible items altogether and go with stickers, bubbles or little activity books.
