A Warsaw man was arrested after police say he allegedly set fire to his personal and work vehicles.

WAKE FOREST, N.C. — A Warsaw man was arrested after police say he allegedly set fire to his personal and work vehicles.

Wake Forest police officers responded to a tractor trailer fire at Impact Solutions, on Superior Drive, just after midnight Saturday.

Police found two vehicles on fire: a vehicle registered to Edward Carter Batts, 40, and a tractor trailer assigned to him.

Both vehicles had extensive damage.

Batts was charged with burning personal property and damage to property.

An investigation is ongoing.
