Police: Two late night shootings in Raleigh may be related

Raleigh police on Saturday night were investigating two shootings that they believe are related.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police on Saturday night were investigating two shootings that they believe are related.

Police were surrounding a convenience store at 712 Rock Quarry Rd. at about 11 p.m.

Officers could be seen inside the store and talking to neighbors about the incident.

Raleigh police said officers on Saturday night also responded to a shooting at 1125 Capital Blvd., which is about a 10 minute drive from the Rock Quarry Road store.

Authorities said they believe the two incidents are connected, but did not release any information about victims or potential suspects.
