<b>WAKE FOREST, N.C.</b> — Wake Forest police on Wednesday morning are searching for a suspect who led officers on a car chase overnight.

The chase began as a traffic stop around 1:45 a.m., according to police, and it ended on Capital Boulevard near the exit for N.C. Highway 98. A sedan with its front tires blown out was at the scene, facing the wrong way in the northbound lanes.
