Raleigh, N.C. — A Raleigh man had his 22-month-old daughter in his car Wednesday while he was out on a vandalism spree, according to an arrest warrant.
Daniel Mulligan, 37, of 5415 Shaker Heights Lane, was charged with misdemeanor child abuse and tampering with a vehicle.
The warrant states that the toddler was with Mulligan while he was drinking in a bar and that the child was left alone in Mulligan's car while he let the air out of all of the tires on two other cars.
