Calvin Wayne Locklear, 19, is accused in the Oct. 24 shooting of Rodriguez Harris, 20, who was found lying in the roadway at 5109 Sequoia Drive with a gunshot wound to the head. Harris was in critical condition Tuesday at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.

Locklear, also know as "50-Cal," is a Native American who stands approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
