<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Police have released a sketch of a man found dead in Fayetteville in hopes someone may be able to identify him.

The body was found Nov. 13 behind 305 Green St., officers said. The black male is described as at least 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 to 200 pounds. He was wearing a gray zip-up sweatshirt when he was found.

The cause of death is not yet known, but foul play was not involved, police said.
