Police: Raleigh man raped 11-year-old
Peter Joseph Montgomery, of Raleigh, was charged with two counts of statutory sexual offense and a count of indecent liberties with a child.

A Raleigh man was arrested Thursday after Raleigh police say he raped a minor, according to court documents.
Peter Joseph Montgomery, 34, of 5216 Halcott Court, was charged with two counts of statutory sexual offense and a count of indecent liberties with a child.
A magistrate’s order stated that Montgomery engaged in sexual offenses with an 11-year-old girl between June 2017 and August 2018.
His bond is set at $1 million.
