Police said they responded to a home in a residential area after a report that someone fell down and suffered traumatic injuries. Raymon Fernandez, 19, was found suffering from a severe head wound. He was taken to the hospital where he died a week later.

<a href="https://www.wxii12.com/article/greensboro-dad-murder-death-son/38422776" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Officials told WXII News</a> that Alexander Fernandez, 34, assaulted his son was charged with second-degree murder.

He was being held at the Guildford County Detention Center under a $505,000 bond.
