Police: Missing Durham man may be in danger

A missing Durham man's credit card was used on the morning after he disappeared by a man captured on surveillance video at a Duke Street bank, police said Tuesday.

DURHAM, N.C. — A missing Durham man's credit card was used on the morning after he disappeared by a man captured on surveillance video at a Duke Street bank, police said Tuesday.

They are trying to find both men.

Luciano Alejandro Cabrera, 21, was last seen June 10 at Steel Blue on Rigsbee Avenue. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Police believe he may be in danger.

He drives a 2000 silver Chrysler Sebring with North Carolina license tag YYH 9769, which is also missing.

Another man was seen in surveillance video using Cabrera's credit card at 3:39 a.m. on June 11 at the State Employees Credit Union, at 504 S. Duke St.

Anyone with information on the man's identity or Cabrera's whereabouts is asked to call detectives at 919-560-4440, extension 29335, or Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.
